The library continues to play a pivotal role in supporting the institution's mission of academic excellence, research, and all-round student development.
The library will remain open on all working days from 9:30Am to 4:30Pm
All students, teaching, and non-teaching staff are eligible for library membership.
The Librarian reserves the right to recall any book at any time, even if the loan period has not expired, in case of high demand.
Members must return their Bar Coding Library Card upon leaving the college, either at the completion of the course or due to discontinuation for any reason.
If a Bar Coding Library Card is lost, members must report it to the Librarian immediately.
A duplicate card will be issued for a fee of Rs. 100/- after verifying the loss. Members will be responsible for any books borrowed using the lost card.
Borrowers are responsible for any loss or damage to the books issued to them.
The date slip and number label inside the books must not be tampered with.
Members must return all borrowed books during stock verification, as notified by the Principal, for annual inventory checks.
Reference books, digital materials, and copies of university examination question papers will not be lent out.
Books will be issued to members only against their Borrower’s Bar Coding Library Card.
The Bar Coding Library Card must be kept securely by the cardholder and is non-transferable. Members will be held responsible for any book borrowed using their card.
